Are you ready?

The clock is ticking to a lot of peoples BIG race.

Hopefully training has gone well and you are feeling ready.

You’re swimming technique has come on and you’ve had some open water sessions.

Your legs are feeling stronger on the bike and you’ve toughened up your arse!

You feel light on your feet on the run – maybe not straight off the bike but those wobbly legs are better than they were.

You’ve practiced your race day nutrition and found what works.

You’ve got rid of those last few pounds, pounds which otherwise would slow you down in the latter stages.

So whats left?

There is a good chance not everyone has nailed down all of the above – its tough juggling training, work, family and dropping a few pounds.

Whilst I can’t help you toughen up your backside…….

I can help you drop those few pounds quite quickly, safely and in a way which will improve your race performance.

Were not talking 2 stone in a month here but definitely 7-8 pounds.

Granted it would’ve been better if you’d done it slower but life doesn’t always work like that.
