You can’t get thin in a day

I know the mind of the dieter inside out.

I’ve been him and I’ve subsequently worked with hundreds.

He looks at himself in the mirror and doesn’t like what he sees.

She puts on her wetsuit and doesn’t like where it bulges.

Him and Her both feel unhappy with themselves.

This feeling is what motivates them to action.

What they do next, marks the beginning of a cycle I’ve been part of and seen many many times.

They slash calories, they train more, they lose weight.

They want it to happen today and tomorrow and every day until they are happy with themselves.
