About the Author

Nutrition first became my passion when I coudn't understand why I was overweight while everyone else seemed to be able to eat what they liked.

As with most people, in an attempt to lose fat, I starved myself and exercised more.  It worked at first.  I soon realised though that this just wasn't sustainable.

When I increased my training volume to twice a day but still didn't seem able to lose my fat, I realised there was much more I needed to understand.


This led me on a journey of education and formal quailification and ultimately working with hundreds  of people to help them improve their own nutrition.

I developed a system which at heart understands you are an athlete rather than a member of the public and hence you need to eat differently.
