I remember a time when nobody really cared whether they were eating too many carbs. Phrases like: “I’m not eating carbs at the moment” Would have seemed, quite frankly weird! But then Dr Atkins came along and low carb hit the main stream.

I felt useless

Yesterday I had been out training and on my return was presented with a box of wooden planks by my wife. “It’s Lottie’s sandpit – can you put it together” FFS! Just when I should have been having my recovery shake and doing a bit of foam rolling – I now had this unforeseen challenge.

Time saving training
