Different day, different calories

I hope this week has been a good weeks training and you feel that you are progressing towards your goals.

There is nothing worse than the frustration of putting the hours in and making the sacrifices and it feels like it’s NOT working.

Like you are NOT getting faster.

Like you are NOT getting leaner.

Sadly the two of those often go hand in hand when it comes to endurance sport.

Whilst you see a fair few people in triathlon who have a few extra pounds to carry, no-one can argue that they wouldn’t be faster if they lost some fat.

Useless weight slows you down – Fact!

So how do you eat?

Do you match it to your training?

Do you eat more on hard days and less on easy?

So many don’t because they don’t know how to.

How to figure it out.

Its something I’ve done with the members of my private coaching group – The Total Triathlete:

They tell me their weight and training and I tell them exactly how much to eat on each day.

Matching their nutrition to their training.
