Write it down

imageYou know, the things you want this year.

If you have, then you’ve given yourself a much better chance of sticking to your goals.

If not, then you need to ask yourself whether you REALLY do want those things?

Whether you have or haven’t you know that nutrition is key to fat loss and performance.

Its also key to how you feel about yourself.

Nobody likes that feeling when they pull on their training kit after Christmas and everything feels tighter.

When you look in the mirror front on and everything looks softer.

It’s even worse side on – bits stick out (the bits that aren’t meant to) 🙂

I know this, I’ve been there and it doesn’t just affect your sport but your whole life.

You want to be able to go on holiday in the summer and feel comfortable half naked.

Strut around like a model on a catwalk (well maybe not).

But, you want to feel better, perform better, look better and have your friends say what diet have you been following.

The chances are though no diet will get you that feeling.

It is more than that.

It is changing your approach to food, managing social engagements.

Have you ever had the comment:

“You can eat what your like, you do loads of exercise”

You know different though and so do I.

It’s not easy to change and thats where coaching works.

It means you have someone watching your back, someone to talk to when you don’t know what to do, someone to help you look and perform how you want.

I only have 5 spaces for new clients and I only want people who are serious.

Not people who don’t REALLY want to change.

Not people who pretend they are happy being fat.

I want the hungry triathletes, the ones who really want it.

You might want to qualify for Kona or have started tri to get fit.

It doesn’t matter, all that matters is you are gagging to get better, fitter and leaner.
