New fat loss tool

imageMost triathletes are aware of their weight, whether it be because they want to get up the hills quicker or just feel less self conscious in their wetsuit.

Unfortunately this means that YOU are the subject for various companies pedalling their wears.

Big promises and low delivery – slogans such as:

“Blast the fat and never feel hungry”

The old adage rings true:

“If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is”

So what does work?

If, you are trying to lose weight and never feel hungry then you are very likely to NOT lose weight.

If you get to the stage of being ravenous and then gorge yourself this is obviously a recipe for disaster.

So what is the best strategy?

Try eating on demand.

You don’t have to stick to the routine times to feed, just try eating when you start to feel like it.

It seems in this world of plenty where none of us want to feel too uncomfortable that we just eat for the sakes of it.

Instead wait until you actually get your bodies trigger to eat and then stop at 80% full.

If you truly follow that you will lose fat without doubt, no calorie counting, no magic pills, no nutrition coach – ooops!

So, if you’re struggling try it – you won’t fail.
