Why everyone needs to eat differently

Unknown-2As you all know, I work with a lot of people one to one to help them improve upon their nutrition.

Almost always the intention is fat loss.

Almost always I need to increase the amount of whole foods somebody eats.

Almost always the fat% goes up

Almost always people enjoy their food more

Almost always people feel like they’re eating more.

However there are always obstacles to overcome.

It may be fatigue

It may be stalling on progress

It may be planning

I love working with people one to one for this reason because they and their circumstances are always different, which means variety for me.

It’s also why despite all the FREE helpful advice available from me and those like me, people still struggle to achieve their goals.

Because 2+2 does not always equal 4 in a nutritional sense.

There are so many variables.

Things like work, age, gender, previous dieting, training volume, length of event, height, weight etc etc

One size does definitely NOT fit all.

Unfortunately for me I can only work with so many people and I don’t want to employ somebody to help me.  I’m not sure I could ever trust someone enough – control issues, I know!

This is why I started The Total Triathlete.

The members share their food on the private Facebook group and ask questions like:

“any advice on what my macro nutrient ratio should be on a day like this?”

Knowing that information os key to getting the best from your body.

Sharing problems, crisis and worries throughout your journey with people who understand is massive.

It means having people to offer an opinion, rather than listening only to yourself or the bloke at work who lost 10 stone by taking raspberry ketones!!

On sign up you get a FREE copy of my book and a monthly on line magazine with lots of helpful info.
