Why do you want to be leaner?

Now, lets cut to the chase!

You downloaded my Free E-Book because you accept you need a change in your nutrition.

The chances are you need to lose some weight.

To be fair, most people do.

The reason WHY though is a very personal one and will be different for each of you.

I remember the first time I went on a diet when I was about 10.

My Nana (Dad’s Mum) had just died from coronary heart disease – obviously, I was upset.

From what my Dad had told me, she was inactive her whole life and whilst not obese, was overweight.

As an overweight and inactive kid, I thought I don’t want to die too young – she was 67.

Maybe slightly odd for a young boy, but it motivated me to action and I did indeed lose some weight.

Not for good though, as with so many it came back and it wasnt until about 8/9 years later that I cracked it.

What is your WHY?

To truly think about this, you need to open your mind fully………
Is it because you want to be better at Triathlon?
Is it because you want to be around for your kids and their kids?
Is it because you want to be more confident?
Is it because you want to be happier?
These questions can go on and on – I urge you to really think about it!

Then comes the how?
