That hurt

Were all used to pain in this game.

But the sort of pain the goes away when we stop or at least shortly after.

The first week in January pain though, that is a different level.

Dark, cold, wet mornings, coming off the back of a period of enforced happiness – Christmas!

Anyway, my view is that the best way to address this is by attacking January – A bit like a big hill.

There’s no point in pootling up it – it’s going to hurt either way so you might as well get it over with.

January is a critical month for this year’s racing.

It can be easy to just drift and ease yourself back in, but by then its March and racing is around the corner.

I’ve spoken with over 30 Triathletes this week and have another 30+ booked in next week.

They are NOT drifting.

They want to attack January like that big hill.

They want to come out of it stronger, rather than…………

Just feeling sorry for themselves and wishing it was summer.

Harsh but true.

These 30+ Triathletes are all new members of my revamped Private Coaching Group – The Total Triathlete:

http://www.nutri-tri.com/the-total-triathlete/

On joining you get the chance for a phone consultation and of course access to all of the below:

– Training plans

Why’s it so cheap?

Not because it’s rubbish if your wondering.

This group has a large membership which means it can be cheaper for you but I still make it pay.

It’s a win-win.

Get involved now and you will be fitter, leaner and faster this year – NO QUESTION
