Diet questions

Nutrition throws up a lot of questions and its something I deal with every day and I absolutely love it.

I love helping people solve their problems – it makes me feel good like I have a real purpose.

It’s why I always get back to peoples emails and messages, even if it sometimes takes a little while.

After all, I do have to look after my paying clients first – that’s only fair.

One reason for all the questions is the huge amount of information out there – often offering opinions based purely on personal experience.

Sure, our own journey will influence our thoughts but just because something works well for me, doesn’t mean it is the right thing for you.

It’s why taking advice from your mate down at the Tri Club is sometimes not the best way.

They may have gone Low Carb High Fat and be thriving but for you, this could lead to burn out and no fat loss.

So how do you know whats right for you?

You probably don’t!

The best way of knowing whether you do, is if you are completely happy with your performance and body composition?

If you are or you know you are on your way there, then you do know whats best for you.

But……..

If you are not where you want to be and don’t have faith in your plan – you do have a plan, don’t you??

Well, then you need some help.

Someone to talk to about your goals.

Someone who can look at your circumstances objectively and work with you to form a plan.

Then review the plan and see what if anything needs to change.
