For a lot of you, if not all of you it will be fat loss – although both books above have a focus on improving health and performance.

The fact is if you improve your health and performance you will probably be getting leaner.

So if you’ve got these books, you’ve got the knowledge.

For some people this is all they need and they will get exactly where they want to be.

They’re the easy ones.

For others they need a little more than just the guidebook, they need support.

This is why groups like weight watchers have become so popular.

You can get the support from anywhere.

It could simply be through using My Fitness Pal or maybe even just telling someone close to you that this is what you’re going to do and getting them to support you through it.

I also find writing your goal down and having it in a visible location can really help.

Especially if this is the first thing you read each morning – Before you have chance to get distracted by the daily grind.
