Are you a time waster?

Unknown-1A valuable nutrition lesson is about to be learnt but first:

My house is currently up for sale.

We need a little more space as the kids grow – usual story.

Anyway, it has been up for sale for 2 weeks and we have had 30 people view the house – Yes it’s nice!

From those 30, all have said it’s nice but nobody has put an offer in.

The most common excuse:

We’ve got a few more to look at.

Now, that may be code for I don’t like it, or it’s not right for us – I have no problem with that whatsoever.

However from those 30 there is also a substantial amount who just can’t make a decision.

“I like it, but……the bathrooms the wrong colour”

FFS!

Paint the bloody thing.

They want it to be perfect but are NOT prepared to do anything to make it perfect.

They want it done for them and cheap!

I’m NOT like that.

If I see something I like, then I buy it.

If I have a problem which needs fixing and I can’t do it, I get someone who can.

I can’t abide procrastination.

It is paralysing and leads nowhere.

For so many people this goes on for their whole lives, especially with diet.

Trying one thing and then moving to the next.

Never fully committing.

And guess what?

That lack of commitment means they get a small percentage of the results they want.

Whose fault is it?

Their own.

Who do they blame – NOT themselves.

This is a rant but if you are struggling to lose fat, you need to ask yourself:

“Am I doing this 100%”

If you don’t know how or are NOT sure, get someone to help you.

Ideally someone who knows your sport, who has been fat, who has got lean.

Someone who knows what it’s like to juggle so many balls:

Job
Kids
Training
Keeping everyone happy.
