4 week fat loss plan

Time is ticking and for so many people they need to lose some fat now.

Not in 3 months or by this time next year but NOW.

Whilst Rome was not built in a day, a focussed period of dieting can give some very good results.

That is, as long as the plan you are following is a good one.

When trying to achieve a lot in a short space of time there are certain nutritional rules which must be adhered to.

1 – Keep protein high.
2 – Don’t go too low on calories.

If you don’t stick to these principles you will lose muscle, performance will suffer and whilst you will lose some weight you will be weaker and slower for it.

In 4 weeks though, you could healthily lose a good 8 pounds (assuming you are not already very lean).

How much better would you feel 8 pounds down?

How much easier would the run feel?

How much quicker could you get up the hills?

We all know the answer to those questions.
